My first attempt at a concise album. Recorded in Penzance and Falmouth from March 2022 to May 2023, ranging from intricate synthy acid pop recordings to more abrasive garage rock. Strange ambient intervals and idiosyncratic songwriting.
Trying to think about what else was on during the making of this one, I'd left home and moved in with 2 strangers I found advertising a room on facebook on Beacon Road, was not a great living situation the two of them would get deliriously stoned every day then accuse me of stealing from them or spying on them at night. I did not like being the target of their weed induced schitzophrenia, but I was happy to be in Falmouth.
