My first album. Lockdown induced freakout tape recorded throughout
2020 whilst ignoring scholastic responsibilities. Lo-fi synthy post-punk
recorded with very little equipment or knowledge of how to use it.
I remember this time so fondly, I had just found a tascam 144 4-track in my parent's friends attic which they kindly lent me,
then my dad's mate simon gave me a suitcase full of effects pedals. I also had a akai mpc drum machine, and an old yamaha FM synth. It was so exciting. The covid influence isn't very subtle,
all these songs are very melodramatic. Although I hated the act of singing so much it'd give me panic attacks. I would have to push furniture in front of my bedroom door then sit under my desk in order to sing into the microphone, glad I did it though.
